The farm’s 33 acres includes, manicured lawns, a swimming pool (13x3m) with showers, olive-groves, vineyards and young forest plantations.
Your hosts, Petra and Maurizio Pio welcome you to their the B&B guest house which is surrounded by its extensive lawn. Positioned on one side of the lawn is the large Sun hall, "Il quadrato del sole" where breakfast is served, on the other, the rooms and apartments. The swimming pool is open in the summer period from June – August is flanked by olive trees .
We offer numerous accommodation choices:
4 rooms of different sizes,
2 apartments with kitchen 1
room with 8 beds.
All rooms have a private entrance and bathroom, towels, bed linen, air conditioning and independent heating.
The hall
The spacious multipurpose hall (135mq) is used for breakfast, painting and photography exhibitions, musical events and other festivities such as new year parties. Those seeking inspiration for their creative abilities can draw from the ambience of the location and avail of the facilities offered in an adjoining room set aside specifically for this purpose.
The rooms
The rooms of the 'Arcipelago' face the family house and enjoy a splendid view of the lawn, vineyard and olive groves.

Simple room with 4 bunk beds with orthopedic mattresses, 2 'en suite' bathrooms and washing stand, table and chairs.

All prices shown are room rates per night and include Italian breakfast and all taxes.
All our rooms have bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities on request. All our apartments have bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are NON smoking.
Fridges for chilling drinks can be provided on request by.
We have one single room for the fixed rate of 45,00 euro per night.
A travel cot and bed linen are provided without charge, upon request, for children under three years old.
Highchairs are also available in the dining hall.
Most rooms will take an extra bed, if required, at an additional 20,00 euro per night (15,00 euro for children under 12 years old).

After a comfortable night’s sleep guests can enjoy a healthy quality breakfast in the beautiful 'sala grande' - "il quadrato del sole", our large light hall - overlooking the lawn.
Guests can choose from our breakfast menu which consists of fruit juice, yogurt, cereals, home made bread and cakes, toast, and a choice of hot drinks; tea, coffee, milk etc.
English breakfast can be prepared on request. We serve breakfast between 08.00am and 10.00am but more flexible times can be arranged on request.
